학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 제60조(결정의 효력)

심사위원회가 결정을 행한 경우에 심사청구인이 제61조제2항의 규정에 따른 기간 내에 재심사청구 또는 공제급여와 관련된 소송을 제기하지 아니하거나 제기된 재심사청구 또는 소송을 취하한 때에는 공제회와 심사청구인 간에 해당 결정의 내용과 동일한 합의가 성립된 것으로 본다. <개정 2018.12.18>
