학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 제30조(공제중앙회의 임원 등)

①공제중앙회에 임원으로 이사장 1인을 포함한 19인 이내의 이사와 2인 이내의 감사를 두되, 임원은 비상임으로 한다.

②이사장은 공제중앙회를 대표하고 공제중앙회의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2021.3.23>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Federation^f페더^r레이션 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③감사(監事)는 공제중앙회의 업무와 회계를 감사(監査)한다.

(3) The^ð디 auditors아더터즈 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 and앤드 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Federation.^f페더^r레이션
