Act on the Prevention of and Compensation for School Safety Accidents, Article 22 (Board of Directors)

①공제회에 이사장 및 이사로 구성하는 이사회를 둔다.

(1) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 directors.더^r렉터즈

②이사회는 다음 각호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결한다.

1. 공제회의 사업과 활동을 지원하기 위한 기본계획 등의 수립ㆍ변경 및 집행에 관한 사항

④이사회는 재적이사 과반수의 출석과 출석이사 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
