학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조의3(학교안전사고예방위원회의 운영 등)

① 법 제4조의2제1항에 따른 학교안전사고예방위원회(이하 "예방위원회"라 한다)의 위원장(이하 이 조 및 제7조의4에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 예방위원회를 대표하고, 예방위원회의 회의를 주재하며, 소관 사무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위촉위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 commissioned커미션드 members멤버즈 is이즈 two투 years.이어즈

④ 예방위원회의 회의는 교육부장관 또는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 재적위원 3분의 1 이상이 요청하는 경우 위원장이 소집한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Prevention프^r리^v벤션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 when웬 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 or오 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 recognizes^r레커그나이지즈 it잇 as애즈 necessary네서세^r리 or오 at앳 least리스트 one원 third^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 request^r리퀘스트 it.잇

⑤ 예방위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Prevention프^r리^v벤션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 위원장은 회의 안건과 관련하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 공무원과 민간전문가 등을 회의에 참석하여 발언하게 하거나 관계 기관의 장에게 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 공무원과 관계 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 예방위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 예방위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
