학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조의2(차입 또는 일시 차입)

① 교육감은 법 제56조제2항 전단에 따라 금융기관 등으로부터 차입 또는 일시 차입을 하려는 경우에는 공제회로부터 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 차입 또는 일시 차입 신청서를 제출받아 차입 또는 일시 차입의 실행 여부를 결정해야 한다.

(1) Where웨어 the^ð더 Superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 intends인텐즈 to투 borrow바^r로우 or오 temporarily템퍼^r레^r럴리 borrow바^r로우 from^f프^r럼 a어 financial^f퍼낸실 institution,인스티투션 etc.엣세터^r러 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 the^ð더 first^f퍼스트 part파트 of어^v브 Article아터클 56 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 shall섈 receive^r러시^v브 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Mutual뮤추얼 Aid에이드 Association어소우시에이션 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 borrowing바^r로잉 or오 temporary템퍼^r레^r리 borrowing바^r로잉 stating스테이팅 the^ð더 following,^f팔로잉 and앤드 decide디사이드 whether웨^ð더 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 borrowing바^r로잉 or오 temporary템퍼^r레^r리 borrowing:바^r로잉

② 교육감은 제1항에 따른 결정 결과를 신청서를 제출받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 공제회에 알려야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 Mutual뮤추얼 Aid에이드 Association어소우시에이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 result^r리절트 of어^v브 the^ð더 decision디시전 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) within위^ð딘 one원 month먼^θ스 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 receiving^r러시^v빙 the^ð디 application.애플러케이션
