학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조의2(학교장의 교육활동 안전대책의 점검ㆍ확인 등)

① 학교장은 매학기 시작 전까지 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 교육활동 안전대책을 마련하고, 이를 점검ㆍ확인하여야 한다. 다만, 교육활동을 관련 기관 또는 단체 등에 위탁하여 실시하는 경우에는 해당 교육활동을 실시하기 전까지 안전대책을 마련하고, 이를 점검ㆍ확인할 수 있다.

② 학교장은 제1항 본문에 따라 안전대책을 마련, 점검ㆍ확인한 경우에는 매학기가 시작되는 전날까지 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제31조에 따른 학교운영위원회(유치원의 경우에는 「유아교육법」 제19조의3에 따른 유치원운영위원회를 말한다)에 이를 보고하여야 한다. 다만, 제1항 단서에 따라 안전대책을 마련, 점검ㆍ확인한 경우에는 해당 교육활동을 실시하는 전날까지 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.20>
