학교복합시설 설치 및 운영ㆍ관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(학교복합시설지원센터의 설치ㆍ지정 등)

① 법 제9조의2제1항에 따라 교육감이 학교복합시설지원센터(이하 "지원센터"라 한다)를 설치하거나 지정하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.

(1) Where웨어 the^ð더 superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 an앤 office오^f피스 of어^v브 education에저케이션 intends인텐즈 to투 establish이스태블리시 or오 designate데저그네잇 a어 school스쿨 complex캄플렉스 facility^f퍼실리티 support서포트 center센터 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "support서포트 center")센터 under언더 Article아터클 9-2 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 shall섈 apply,어플라이 as애즈 classified클래서^f파이드 below:빌로우

② 법 제9조의2제1항에 따라 지원센터로 지정받으려는 기관 또는 법인은 다음 각 호의 기준을 모두 갖추어야 한다.

(2) An앤 institution인스티투션 or오 corporation코퍼^r레이션 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 be비 designated데지그네이티드 as애즈 a어 support서포트 center센터 under언더 Article아터클 9-2 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 meet밋 all올 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 criteria:크^r라이티^r리아

③ 법 제9조의2제1항에 따라 지원센터로 지정받으려는 기관 또는 법인은 지원센터 지정 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 교육감에게 제출해야 한다.

(3) An앤 institution인스티투션 or오 corporation코퍼^r레이션 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 be비 designated데지그네이티드 as애즈 a어 support서포트 center센터 under언더 Article아터클 9-2 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 submit서브밋 to투 the^ð더 superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 the^ð디 office오^f피스 of어^v브 education에저케이션 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 designation데저그네이션 as애즈 a어 support서포트 center,센터 accompanied어컴퍼니드 by바이 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 documents:다큐먼츠

④ 법 제9조의2제1항에 따라 지정된 지원센터는 매년 1월 31일까지 해당 연도의 운영 계획 및 전년도 운영 실적을 교육감에게 제출해야 한다.

(4) A어 support서포트 center센터 designated데지그네이티드 under언더 Article아터클 9-2 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð디 operational아퍼^r레이셔늘 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 year이어 and앤드 the^ð디 operational아퍼^r레이셔늘 performance퍼^f포먼스 for^f포 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year이어 to투 the^ð더 superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 the^ð디 office오^f피스 of어^v브 education에저케이션 by바이 January재뉴에^r리 31 each이치 year.이어

⑤ 교육감은 법 제9조의2제1항에 따라 지정된 지원센터가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소해야 한다.

⑥ 교육감은 법 제9조의2제1항에 따라 지원센터를 지정하거나 제5항에 따라 지원센터의 지정을 취소한 경우에는 그 사실을 교육청 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시해야 한다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지의 규정에서 정한 사항 외에 지원센터 지정의 세부기준 및 지원센터의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
