① 교육부장관은 교육감과 협의하여 학생의 신체 및 정신건강 증진을 지원하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행하기 위한 전문기관(이하 "학생건강증진 전문기관"이라 한다)을 설립하거나 지정할 수 있다.

③ 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 예산의 범위에서 학생건강증진 전문기관과 학생건강증진센터의 설립ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 경비를 출연할 수 있다.
