학교보건법 시행령 제28조(분과위원회)

① 보건위원회에 전문분야별로 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.

② 분과위원회는 보건위원회의 심의사항 중 보건위원회에서 위임한 사항을 심의한다.

(2) A어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 matters매터즈 delegated델러게이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Committee커미티 among어멍 the^ð더 matters매터즈 subject서브젝트 to투 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Committee.커미티

③ 보건위원회 위원의 분과위원회 배속은 교육감이 정한다. <개정 2012.8.13>

(3) The^ð디 assignment어사인먼트 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Committee커미티 to투 subcommittees서브커미티즈 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 education.에저케이션

④ 분과위원회에 분과위원장 1명을 두되, 분과위원장은 분과위원회 위원 중에서 호선한다.

(4) A어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 subcommittee서브커미티 chairperson,체어퍼슨 who후 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee.서브커미티

⑤ 분과위원회의 회의에 관하여는 제27조를 준용한다.

(5) Article아터클 27 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 subcommittees.서브커미티즈
