학교 밖 청소년 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조의2(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)

① 성평등가족부장관(법 제11조의2제2항에 따라 건강진단업무를 위탁받은 국민건강보험공단을 포함한다) 또는 지방자치단체의 장(법 제11조의2제2항에 따라 건강진단업무를 위탁받은 국민건강보험공단을 포함한다)은 법 제11조의2에 따른 건강진단의 실시에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제19조제1호, 제2호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

② 성평등가족부장관(제9조에 따라 성평등가족부장관의 권한을 위임받은 자를 포함한다) 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
