학교도서관진흥법 제11조(학교도서관 지원비 등)

① 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도는 학교도서관을 진흥하는데 필요한 경비(이하 "지원비"라 한다)를 해당 연도 예산에 편성하여 시ㆍ도교육청에 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.20>

② 교육감은 지원비에 대응하여 해당 연도 예산에 자체적으로 부담하는 경비(이하 "대응비"라 한다)를 편성ㆍ지원할 수 있다.

③ 지원비와 대응비는 다음 각 호의 용도로 사용한다.
