하수도법 시행규칙 제65조(시공감리자의 자격)

① 법 제55조제1항 후단에 따라 개인하수처리시설의 설계ㆍ시공을 감리ㆍ감독할 자격이 있는 자는 개인하수처리시설설계ㆍ시공업자로 한다.

(1) Persons퍼슨즈 qualified콸러^f파이드 to투 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 the^ð더 design디자인 and앤드 construction컨스트^r럭션 of어^v브 private프^r라이^v벗 sewage수어지 treatment트^r릿먼트 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 under언더 the^ð더 latter래터 part파트 of어^v브 Article아터클 55 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 private프^r라이^v벗 sewage수어지 treatment트^r릿먼트 facility^f퍼실리티 design디자인 and앤드 construction컨스트^r럭션 business비즈니스 operators.아퍼^r레이터즈

② 법 제55조제1항 후단에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 시공감리자를 지정하려면 그 개인하수처리시설을 설치하는 자와 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2014.7.17>
