Enforcement Decree of the Storm and Flood Damage and Earthquake Disaster Insurance Act, Article 17-3 (Support of the Difference from Disaster Relief Funds)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 법 제34조제1항 단서에 따라 그 차액을 재난지원금으로 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2024.4.23>

1. 법 제9조에 따른 보험기간(보험기간이 종료된 후에 보험금이 지급되는 경우에는 보험기간이 시작된 날부터 실제 보험금이 지급된 날까지의 기간을 말한다) 동안 「자연재난 구호 및 복구 비용 부담기준 등에 관한 규정」 제9조제1항에 따른 지원금액이 상향 조정되어 풍수해ㆍ지진재해로 피해가 발생하여 실제 지급되는 보험금이 해당 피해에 대한 재난지원금보다 적은 경우
