Act on the Regulation of Customs and Morals Businesses, Article 3 (Matters to Be Observed)

풍속영업을 하는 자(허가나 인가를 받지 아니하거나 등록이나 신고를 하지 아니하고 풍속영업을 하는 자를 포함한다. 이하 "풍속영업자"라 한다) 및 대통령령으로 정하는 종사자는 풍속영업을 하는 장소(이하 "풍속영업소"라 한다)에서 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

4. 도박이나 그 밖의 사행(射倖)행위를 하게 하는 행위
