포항지진의 진상조사 및 피해구제 등을 위한 특별법 시행령 제6조(진상조사위원회 회의의 소집 및 의결정족수)

① 진상조사위원회 위원장은 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 진상조사위원회 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) The^ð디 Investigation인^v베스터게이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 open오우픈 its잇츠 meetings미팅즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트
