평생교육법 시행규칙 제23조의2(문해교육 관련 학습과정 이수자의 인정절차)

① 영 제75조제3항에 따라 학습계좌에서 관리하는 교육과정 중 문해교육에 관련된 과정을 이수한 학습자가 문해교육 프로그램의 이수를 인정받으려면 해당 과정의 이수를 증명하는 서류를 문해교육 프로그램 실시기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2014.7.28>

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 문해교육 프로그램 실시기관의 장은 해당 이수 내용이 영 제74조제2항에 따른 학력인정 기준에 적합하면 문해교육 프로그램의 이수를 인정하여야 한다. <개정 2014.7.28>
