특허법 제19조(절차의 속행)

지식재산처장 또는 심판장은 특허에 관한 절차가 지식재산처 또는 특허심판원에 계속(係屬) 중일 때 특허권 또는 특허에 관한 권리가 이전되면 그 특허권 또는 특허에 관한 권리의 승계인에 대하여 그 절차를 속행(續行)하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
