법 제4조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 것"이란 법 제2조제2호다목에 해당하는 금융거래등을 하는 경우 카지노사업자가 지급 또는 영수하는 수표 중 권면액이 100만원을 초과하는 수표를 말한다. 다만, 카지노사업자가 그 수표를 지급하거나 영수하면서 실지명의를 확인한 후 실지명의 및 수표번호를 기록ㆍ관리하는 경우는 제외한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2021.3.23>
