특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(검찰총장 등의 정보제공 요구)

법 제10조제4항에 따라 검찰총장ㆍ고위공직자범죄수사처장ㆍ중대범죄수사청장ㆍ경찰청장ㆍ해양경찰청장ㆍ행정안전부장관ㆍ국세청장ㆍ관세청장ㆍ중앙선거관리위원회ㆍ금융위원회 또는 국가정보원장이 특정금융거래정보의 제공을 요구하는 때에는 같은 조 제5항 각 호의 사항을 적은 문서를 직접 금융정보분석원장에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 긴급을 요하는 경우에는 우편ㆍ팩스 또는 전자문서의 방법으로 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2026.9.29>
