특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조의9(금융거래등 정보의 보존방법 등)

① 금융회사등은 법 제4조제1항에 따른 보고를 한 때에는 해당 보고서와 법 제5조의4제1항제1호 각 목의 자료를 다른 금융거래등에 관한 자료와 구분하여 보존해야 한다. <개정 2021.3.23>

② 금융회사등은 법 제5조의4제1항 각 호의 자료 및 정보를 문서, 마이크로필름, 디스크, 자기테이프 또는 그 밖의 전산정보처리조직을 이용한 방법으로 보존해야 한다.

③ 금융회사등은 법 제5조의4제1항 각 호의 자료 및 정보를 주된 사무소의 소재지에 보존해야 한다. 다만, 주된 사무소의 소재지에 보존하는 것이 현저히 곤란한 경우에는 다른 장소에 보존할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 법 제5조의4제1항 각 호의 자료 및 정보의 보존 방법, 장소 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 금융정보분석원장이 정하여 고시한다.
