특정경제범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(취업승인신청)

①법 제14조제1항 단서에 따라 법무부장관의 취업승인을 받으려는 사람은 취업하려는 날의 1개월 전까지 법무부장관에게 취업승인신청서를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2009.7.7, 2019.5.7>

② 법무부장관은 법 제14조제1항 단서에 따른 취업의 승인 여부를 결정한 때에는 지체 없이 그 결정내용을 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2009.7.7>
