특정강력범죄의 처벌에 관한 특례법 제12조(간이공판절차의 결정)

① 특정강력범죄의 피고인이 공판정에서 공소사실을 자백한 경우에는 법원은 간이공판절차에 따라 심판할 것을 결정할 수 있다. 특정강력범죄와 다른 죄가 병합(倂合)된 경우에도 같다.

② 제1항의 결정이 있는 사건에 대하여는 「형사소송법」 제286조의3, 제297조의2, 제301조의2 및 제318조의3을 준용한다.
