Act on Honorable Treatment of Persons of Distinguished Service in Special Missions and Establishment of Organizations, Article 19 (Persons Eligible for Employment Support, etc.)

① 취업지원을 받을 수 있는 사람(이하 "취업지원 대상자"라 한다)은 다음 각 호와 같다.

(1) Persons퍼슨즈 who후 may메이 receive^r러시^v브 employment엠플로이먼트 support서포트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "persons퍼슨즈 eligible엘러저블 for^f포 employment엠플로이먼트 support")서포트 are아 as애즈 follows:^f팔로즈

1. 특수임무부상자 및 특수임무공로자

1. Persons퍼슨즈 wounded운디드 in인 special스페실 missions미션즈 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 of어^v브 merit메^r릿 in인 special스페실 missions;미션즈

2. 특수임무사망자 또는 행방불명자의 배우자

2. The^ð더 spouse스파우스 of어^v브 a어 person퍼슨 killed킬드 or오 missing미싱 in인 special스페실 missions;미션즈

3. 제1호에 해당하는 사람의 배우자

4. 특수임무사망자 또는 행방불명자의 자녀

5. 특수임무부상자 중 대통령령으로 정하는 상이등급 이상으로 판정된 사람의 자녀

② 제21조 및 제22조에 따른 취업지원을 실시할 경우 제1항제4호 및 제5호에 해당하는 취업지원 대상자에 대해서는 1명에게만 실시한다.

③ 취업지원 대상자는 제21조제2항에 따라 채용되는 횟수와 제22조에 따라 고용되는 횟수를 합하여 대통령령으로 정하는 횟수 이내에서 취업지원을 받을 수 있다.
