특수임무수행자 보상에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조(정의)

「특수임무수행자 보상에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제1항제2호에서 "군 첩보부대"란 대한민국의 국군이 특별한 내용ㆍ형태의 정보수집 등을 목적으로 창설하여 운용한 부대를 말하며, 외국군에 소속되었거나 군 첩보부대의 창설 이전에 구성되어 유격전 등에 종사한 부대를 제외한다. <개정 2009.5.28>
