특수임무수행자 보상에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조(특별위로금)

1. 사망특별위로금은 특수임무의 수행과정에서 사망 또는 행방불명으로 처리된 특수임무수행자의 유족에 대하여 지급하며, 그 금액은 별표 4 제1호에 따른 특별위로기준금액의 범위안에서 사망ㆍ행방불명 시기와 사망ㆍ행방불명의 통보지연 여부를 고려하여 위원회가 정하는 금액으로 한다.

2. 장해특별위로금은 특수임무의 수행과정에서 신체상의 장해를 입은 특수임무수행자에게 지급하며, 그 금액은 별표 4 제1호에 따른 특별위로기준금액에 같은 표 제2호에 따른 장해등급별 지급비율을 곱하여 산정한 금액으로 한다. 이 경우 장해등급은 「국가배상법 시행령」 제2조를 준용한다.
