특수외국어 교육 진흥에 관한 법률 제7조(실태 조사 등)

① 교육부장관은 기본계획 및 시행계획을 효과적으로 수립ㆍ시행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 국내외 특수외국어 교육에 관한 실태를 조사하거나 통계를 작성ㆍ관리할 수 있다.
