특별감찰관법 시행령 제14조(감찰사건기록의 보존 및 폐기)

① 감찰이 제7조제2항에 따른 관계기관 이첩 또는 같은 조 제4항에 따른 고발ㆍ수사의뢰 외의 사유로 종료된 경우 해당 감찰사건기록은 감찰이 종료된 때부터 3년간 보존한다.

② 제1항의 감찰사건기록은 감찰 및 그에 부수되는 기록으로서 문서, 그 밖의 관계 서류 또는 물건, 도면ㆍ사진ㆍ디스크ㆍ테이프ㆍ필름ㆍ슬라이드ㆍ전자기록 등의 특수매체기록을 포함한다.

③ 보존기간이 만료된 기록을 폐기할 경우 특별감찰관의 허가를 받아야 한다.
