통합방위법 제6조(직장 통합방위협의회)

① 직장에는 직장 통합방위협의회(이하 "직장협의회"라 한다)를 두고, 그 의장은 직장의 장이 된다.

② 직장협의회를 두어야 하는 직장의 범위와 직장협의회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
