통합방위법 제3조(통합방위태세의 확립 등)

① 정부는 국가방위요소의 육성 및 통합방위태세의 확립을 위하여 필요한 시책을 마련하여야 한다.

② 각 지방자치단체의 장은 관할구역별 통합방위태세의 확립에 필요한 시책을 마련하여야 한다.

③ 각급 행정기관 및 군부대의 장은 통합방위작전을 원활하게 수행하기 위하여 서로 지원하고 협조하여야 한다.

④ 정부는 통합방위사태의 선포에 따른 국가방위요소의 동원 비용을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 예산의 범위에서 해당 지방자치단체에 지원할 수 있다.
