통합방위법 제18조(검문소의 운용)

① 시ㆍ도경찰청장, 지방해양경찰청장(대통령령으로 정하는 해양경찰서장을 포함한다. 이하 같다), 지역군사령관 및 함대사령관은 관할구역 중에서 적의 침투가 예상되는 곳 등에 검문소를 설치ㆍ운용할 수 있다. 다만, 지방해양경찰청장이 검문소를 설치하는 경우에는 미리 관할 함대사령관과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.22>
