통합방위법 제17조(대피명령)

① 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 통합방위사태가 선포된 때에는 인명ㆍ신체에 대한 위해를 방지하기 위하여 즉시 작전지역에 있는 주민이나 체류 중인 사람에게 대피할 것을 명할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 대피명령(이하 "대피명령"이라 한다)은 방송ㆍ확성기ㆍ벽보, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 공고하여야 한다.

③ 안전대피방법과 대피명령의 실시방법ㆍ절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
