Enforcement Decree of the Act on Response to and Support for Changes in the Trade Environment, etc., Article 24-2 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)

산업통상부장관(제24조에 따라 산업통상부장관의 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다) 및 고용노동부장관(제23조에 따라 고용노동부장관의 권한을 위임받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호의 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2024.12.10, 2025.10.1>
