토지이용규제 기본법 제20조(간사 및 서기)

① 위원회에 간사와 서기를 둔다.

② 간사와 서기는 국토교통부 소속 공무원 중에서 위원장이 임명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(2) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 and앤드 clerk클러크 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

③ 간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 위원회의 사무를 담당하고, 서기는 간사를 보좌한다.
