택지개발촉진법 제27조(행정심판)

이 법에 따라 시행자가 한 처분에 대하여 이의가 있을 때에는 그 처분이 있은 것을 안 날부터 1개월 이내, 처분이 있은 날부터 3개월 이내에 지정권자에게 행정심판을 제기할 수 있다.
