태권도 진흥 및 태권도공원 조성 등에 관한 법률 제2조(정의)

1. "태권도지도자"란 태권도 교육 및 경기를 위하여 「국민체육진흥법」 제11조제2항에 따라 일정한 자격이 부여된 사람으로서 제19조에 따른 국기원 승단심사를 거친 4단 이상 태권도 단증을 보유한 사람을 말한다.

2. "태권도시설"이란 태권도 수련ㆍ경기ㆍ연구ㆍ전시 등 태권도 활동에 이용되는 시설과 그 부대시설물을 말한다.
