탄소흡수원 유지 및 증진에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 호선된 부위원장, 산림청 소속 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원인 부위원장, 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원의 순으로 그 직무를 대행한다.

③ 위원회의 위원장은 필요하다고 인정하거나 산림청장 또는 재적위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구가 있는 경우에 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 the^ð더 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer오^f퍼서 when웬 he히 or오 she쉬 recognizes^r레커그나이지즈 it잇 as애즈 necessary네서세^r리 or오 when웬 requested^r리퀘스티드 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Forest^f포^r리스트 Service서^v비스 or오 at앳 least리스트 one원 third^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members.멤버즈

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 위원회의 사무 처리를 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 산림청 소속 공무원 중에서 위원장이 임명한다.

(5) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Forest^f포^r리스트 Service.서^v비스

⑥ 탄소흡수원 유지 및 증진에 관한 전문적인 사항을 조사ㆍ연구하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 위원회에 전문위원을 둘 수 있다.

(6) The^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 expert엑스펏 members멤버즈 where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 surveying서^v베이잉 and앤드 researching^r리서칭 specialized스페셜라이즈드 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 maintenance메인터넌스 and앤드 enhancement엔핸스먼트 of어^v브 carbon카븐 sinks.싱크스

⑦ 위원회의 위원장은 심의와 관련하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장에게 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있고, 관계인 또는 관련 분야 전문가를 출석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
