① 법 제5조제2항제7호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.

③ 산림청장은 종합계획을 수립하거나 변경하는 경우 「기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립ㆍ녹색성장 기본법」 제7조제2항에 따른 국가탄소중립녹색성장전략 및 「온실가스 배출권의 할당 및 거래에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 배출권거래제 기본계획과의 정합성을 유지하여야 한다. <개정 2022.3.25>
