탄소소재 융복합기술 개발 및 기반 조성 지원에 관한 법률 제9조(탄소소재 융복합기술전문연구소)

① 산업통상자원부장관은 산업계ㆍ학계 및 연구계 사이의 긴밀한 협조체제를 유지ㆍ발전시키기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「산업기술혁신 촉진법」 제42조에 따라 탄소소재 융복합기술 개발의 거점기능을 담당할 탄소소재 융복합기술전문연구소의 설립을 허가하거나 지정할 수 있다.

② 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따라 설립 또는 지정된 탄소소재 융복합기술전문연구소의 운영에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
