탄소소재 융복합기술 개발 및 기반 조성 지원에 관한 법률 제4조(탄소소재 융복합기술 개발의 지원)

① 정부는 민간 부문의 탄소소재 융복합기술 개발을 활성화하고 연구개발투자의 확대를 유도하기 위한 지원시책을 마련하고 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있다.

② 정부는 제1항에 따른 지원시책을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 제5조에 따른 민간 부문의 탄소소재 융복합기술 개발활동 조사ㆍ분석결과를 탄소소재 융복합기술 개발 관련 정책에 반영하여야 한다.
