치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제20조(치료감호 내용 등의 공개)

이 법에 따른 치료감호의 내용과 실태는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공개하여야 한다. 이 경우 피치료감호자나 그의 보호자가 동의한 경우 외에는 피치료감호자의 개인신상에 관한 것은 공개하지 아니한다.
