출판문화산업 진흥법 제17조(간행물윤리위원회의 설치 등)

① 간행물의 윤리적ㆍ사회적 책임을 구현하고 간행물의 유해성 여부를 심의하기 위하여 진흥원에 간행물윤리위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <신설 2012.1.26>

(1) A어 Publications퍼블리케이션즈 Ethics에^θ씩스 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð디 Agency에이전시 to투 realize^r리얼라이즈 the^ð디 ethical에^θ씨클 and앤드 social소우실 responsibility^r리스판서빌러티 of어^v브 publications퍼블리케이션즈 and앤드 to투 review^r리^v뷰 whether웨^ð더 publications퍼블리케이션즈 are아 harmful.함^f플

② 위원회는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이상 20명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2012.1.26>

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 10 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 20 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 vice-chairperson.^v바이스-체어퍼슨

③ 위원회의 위원장 및 부위원장은 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다. <개정 2012.1.26>

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 vice-chairperson^v바이스-체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 by바이 mutual뮤추얼 vote.^v보우트

④ 위원회의 위원은 예술, 언론, 교육, 문화, 법률, 청소년, 출판 및 인쇄 등에 관하여 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 문화체육관광부장관이 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관련 법인 또는 단체의 추천을 받아 위촉한다. <개정 2012.1.26>

(4) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Culture,컬처 Sports스포츠 and앤드 Tourism,투^r리점 upon어판 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 by바이 relevant^r렐러^v번트 corporations코퍼^r레이션즈 or오 organizations오거너제이션즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 art,아트 the^ð더 press,프^r레스 education,에저케이션 culture,컬처 law,로 youth,유^θ스 publishing,퍼블리슁 printing,프^r린팅 and앤드 the^ð더 like.라이크

⑤ 위원회 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다. <개정 2012.1.26>
