출입국관리법 시행규칙 제29조(체류자격외활동허가의 한계등)

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 영 제25조에 따른 체류자격외활동허가신청을 받은 때에는 이를 심사하고, 심사결과 새로이 종사하고자 하는 활동이 주된 활동인 것으로 인정되는 때에는 영 제30조에 따른 체류자격변경허가를 받도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
