축산물 위생관리법 제9조의6(교육훈련기관의 지정취소 등)

① 식품의약품안전처장은 교육훈련기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하거나 1년 이내의 범위에서 기간을 정하여 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 정지할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호의 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하여야 한다.

② 식품의약품안전처장은 제1항에 따라 교육훈련기관의 지정이 취소된 자(법인인 경우 그 대표자를 포함한다)에 대하여는 지정이 취소된 날부터 3년 이내에 교육훈련기관으로 지정하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 제1항에 따른 지정취소 및 업무정지 처분의 세부기준은 그 위반 행위의 유형과 위반 정도 등을 고려하여 총리령으로 정한다.
