축산물 위생관리법 제29조(건강진단)

① 총리령으로 정하는 영업자 및 종업원은 건강진단을 받아야 한다. 다만, 다른 법령에 따라 같은 내용의 건강진단을 받은 경우에는 이 법에 따른 건강진단을 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 건강진단을 받아야 하는 영업자로서 건강진단을 받지 아니하였거나 건강진단 결과 다른 사람에게 위해를 끼칠 우려가 있는 질병이 있는 사람은 그 영업을 하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 영업자는 제1항에 따라 건강진단을 받아야 하는 종업원으로서 건강진단을 받지 아니하였거나 건강진단 결과 다른 사람에게 위해를 끼칠 우려가 있는 질병이 있는 사람을 그 영업에 종사하게 하여서는 아니 된다.

④ 제1항에 따른 건강진단의 실시방법과 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 질병의 종류, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 총리령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
