축산물 위생관리법 제19조의2(소비자 등의 위생검사등 요청)

① 식품의약품안전처장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 일정 수 이상의 소비자, 소비자단체 또는 「식품ㆍ의약품분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률」 제6조에 따른 시험ㆍ검사기관 중 총리령으로 정하는 시험ㆍ검사기관(이하 이 조에서 "시험ㆍ검사기관"이라 한다)이 축산물 또는 영업장 등에 대하여 제19조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 출입ㆍ검사ㆍ수거 등(이하 이 조에서 "위생검사등"이라 한다)을 요청하는 경우에는 이에 따라야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 식품의약품안전처장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따라 위생검사등의 요청에 따르는 경우 14일 이내에 위생검사등을 하고 그 결과를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 위생검사등을 요청한 소비자, 소비자단체 또는 시험ㆍ검사기관에 알리고 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 위생검사등의 요청 요건 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
