축산물 위생관리법 시행규칙 제51조의13(축산물가공품이력추적관리시스템에 연계된 정보의 공개)
Enforcement Rule of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act, Article 51-13 (Disclosure of Information Linked to the Livestock Processed Product Traceability Management System)
① 법 제31조의5제3항에 따라 식품의약품안전처장이 인터넷홈페이지에 게시하여야 하는 정보는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2022.6.30>
(1) The information that the Minister of Food and Drug Safety shall post on the website under Article 31-5 (3) of the Act shall be as follows:
1. 국내 축산물가공품의 경우는 제51조의11제1항제1호가목부터 자목까지의 정보
1. In the case of domestic processed livestock products, the information under Article 51-11 (1) 1 (a) through (i);
2. 수입 축산물가공품의 경우 다음 각 목의 정보
2. In the case of imported processed livestock products, the following information:
가. 제51조의11제3항의 이력추적관리번호
(a) Traceability management number under Article 51-11 (3);
나. 수입업소의 명칭 및 소재지
(b) Name and location of the importing establishment;
다. 제조국
(c) Country of manufacture;
라. 제조업소의 명칭 및 소재지
(d) Name and location of the manufacturing establishment;
마. 제조일
(e) Date of manufacture;
바. 원재료가 유전자변형식품인지 여부
(f) Whether raw materials are genetically modified foods;
사. 수입일
(g) Date of import;
아. 소비기한
(h) Use-by date;
자. 원재료명 또는 성분명
(i) Names of raw materials or components;
차. 법 제31조의2제1항 및 제36조제2항에 따른 회수대상 여부 및 회수사유
(j) Whether subject to recall under Articles 31-2 (1) and 36 (2) of the Act and reasons for recall.
② 법 제31조의5제3항에서 "총리령으로 정하는 날"이란 「식품 등의 표시ㆍ광고에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따라 소비기한을 표시하여야 하는 품목의 경우에는 소비기한을, 제조일을 표시하여야 하는 품목의 경우에는 제조일을 말한다. <개정 2019.4.25, 2022.6.30>
(2) "Date prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister" in Article 31-5 (3) of the Act means the use-by date in the case of items for which the use-by date is required to be indicated under Article 4 of the Act on Labeling and Advertising of Foods, and the date of manufacture in the case of items for which the date of manufacture is required to be indicated.
