총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조의2(총포판매업자가 허가없이 판매할 수 있는 실탄ㆍ공포탄의 수량)

①총포판매업자는 판매허가를 받은 총포의 실탄 또는 공포탄을 총포소지허가를 받은 사람에게 1일 1인당 400개(건설용 타정총용 공포탄의 경우에는 5,000개)이하의 범위안에서 법 제6조제2항 단서의 규정에 의하여 허가를 받지 아니하고 판매할 수 있다.

②총포판매업자가 제1항의 규정에 의하여 판매하기 위하여 보관하는 실탄ㆍ공포탄의 수량은 실탄 2만개, 공포탄 2만개(건설용 타정총용 공포탄의 경우에는 10만개)를 초과하여서는 아니된다. <개정 2019.9.17>
