총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제70조의2(보관대상 총포등)

①법 제47조제2항의 규정에 의하여 허가 관청이 보관하도록 할 수 있는 총포등(이하 "총포등"이라 한다)은 다음 각호의 1과 같다.

②법 제47조제2항의 규정에 의하여 보관명령을 받은 총포등의 소지자는 지정된 일시까지 지정된 곳에 이를 보관하여야 하며, 허가관청은 그 보관의 사실을 증명하는 서면을 작성하여 교부하여야 한다.

③제2항의 규정에 의하여 보관중인 총포등을 반환받고자 하는 사람은 반환받고자 하는 이유 및 이를 증명하는 서류와 총포등의 보관사실을 증명하는 서면을 허가관청에 제출하여야 한다.

④제2항의 규정에 의한 총포등의 보관기간은 수렵등 법령에 의하여 총포등의 사용이 허용되는 기간을 제외한 기간으로 한다.
