총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제69조(총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 매각등)

①법 제46조제6항의 규정에 의한 총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 매각은 경쟁입찰에 의하여야 한다. 다만, 경쟁입찰에 소요되는 경비가 입찰가격을 초과하거나 그밖에 경쟁입찰이 적합하지 아니하다고 인정되는 때에는 수의계약에 의할 수 있다. <개정 1990.3.31, 1996.6.20>

②법 제46조제7항의 규정에 의하여 총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 매각대금을 권리자에게 반환하는 때에는 총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 임시영치서 및 대금영수증을 받고 대금명세서를 교부하여야 한다. <개정 1990.3.31, 1996.6.20>

③제2항의 경우 총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 매각대금은 법 제46조제6항의 규정에 의한 처리기간이 끝난 후 6월이 지나도 권리자의 반환청구가 없는 때에는 「예산회계법」의 규정에 의하여 이를 세입징수관에게 납부하여야 한다. <개정 1990.3.31, 1996.6.20, 2006.3.10>
