총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제42조(흙둑)

1. 흙둑은 저장소의 바깥쪽 벽으로부터 흙둑의 안쪽 벽 밑까지 1미터이상 2미터이내의 거리를 두고 쌓을 것. 다만, 저장소 출입구쪽의 흙둑은 화약운반용 지게차등이 출입할 수 있도록 2미터이상의 거리를 둘 수 있다.

4. 흙둑을 부득이 흙담으로 하는 경우에는 흙둑의 높이의 3분의 1이하로 하되, 안쪽 면의 흙담은 폭발할 때에 가볍게 날리어 흩어지기 쉬운 것으로 할 것. 다만, 꽃불류저장소에 흙둑을 쌓는 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
